MYSTERY GUEST

A Mystery Guest or Mystery Shopper is an incognito customer showing up without the staff knowing about his or her visit. As a service expert he/she pays special attention to how the staff interacts with the customers. Friendliness, appearance, expression, eye contact, communication skills, body language, sales techniques and many other aspects will be analyzed by the Mystery Guest.

After the Mystery Guest’s visit you receive a complete and objective evaluation of the customer experience he/she had. If your company works with standard operating procedures the report will include a rating and comments for every standard that was checked. When there are no SOPs given by the company you will receive the C-Plus Expert’s evaluation sheet, including professional advise about how to take your customer service to the next level.
